Honey and Co Bloomsbury
Honey and Co owners Sarit and Itamar approached us to design their relocated Honey and Co restaurant in Bloomsbury, they wanted the new venue to be a welcoming, homely and aspirational space, with a subtle and light finish that would enhance the vibrant food and drink Honey & Co serves.
The restaurant's charm begins with the retained terrazzo shopfront, a nod to the past that sets the stage for what lies within. Our design journey started here, with the aim of creating an environment that feels like an extension of home—inviting, cozy, and filled with possibilities.
The interior palette is a symphony of understated elegance. Textured plastered walls provide a soothing canvas, allowing the oak and walnut joinery to stand out with quiet confidence. The contrast between these natural materials creates a timeless aesthetic, setting the perfect backdrop for the culinary delights that Honey & Co is known for.
Adding depth to this canvas are carefully chosen details, bespoke furnishings draped in beautiful woven upholstery fabric and handmade tiles which inject a touch of artisanal character, a subtle reminder of the craftsmanship that defines Honey and Co.

“We are on our third big project with Studio Found and wholly expect to do every future project with them. Ed and his team are the full package: creative and original in their vision, knowledgeable and insightful about the industry, attentive and open to our needs and opinions, while being exact and efficient on execution and schedule. They have helped us to create a welcoming new venue that everyone at Honey & Co is thrilled about and we hope that our customers will also love,”
